Ok, I’ve succummed. I’ve seen every blog I love go the way of Twitter. Every blog giveaway offers extra entries if you “tweet” about it. I didn’t want to get Twitter, but I decided to see what all the hoopla is all about! Here I am in the Twitter world: I’m @sweepstakesgirl!

Here are my thoughts:Twitter is simple! Wow, it’s a lot less complex than I thought it would be. Thank goodness for this! It has only a few pages and a very clean design. I didn’t think anything could compete with the sleek simplicity of Facebok, but, however, I was wrong.

Twitter isn’t too time consumning. I am a Facebook nut, so I don’t want another time suck. Twitter is pretty quick– all your information and friend’s information is on one page. Super easy.

Twitter can be like blogging. The whole point of tweeting is writing short one or two line posts. This is easy and kinda fun.

You don’t have to be creative on Twitter- just say it! Or, you need to be extremely creative on Twitter because if you are very wordy (like me) you have a limit.

And finally, everyone is already on Twitter. I’m sure you are. Now I can follow my favorite bloggers and friends, and you can follow me as I update with sweepstakes, contests, and giveways with great prizes. It doesn’t get more easier than this!
